Frank’s cider is born from a 6-generation long farming tradition. Frank’s have some of the oldest heritage orchards in Australia, over 160 years old! That’s what creates the award-winning taste.
Simple Cider began simply. Patrick met Dave and they had a chat. Put simply, they now grow the best fruit, mill it, press it, ferment it, mature and bottle it in the most natural way possible.
MIAM FRENCH CREPES
Delicious wafer thin french crepes smothered in decadent toppings, nuts and fruits.
Flatbread pockets filled with aromatic butter chicken, dhal or mixed vegetables and chili, coriander or yoghurt.
Gourmet spirits made in Kettering, using pure rainwater and locally grown botanicals (organic where possible). The range includes vapour infused gin, sloe gin, coffee infused vodka and chilli infused vodka.

Chan Bao is all about Taiwanese soul-food, with a signature range of steamed bao buns filled with all sorts of fresh and zesty fillings.
KATE HILL WINES
Kate and husband Charles converted a 100 year old timber shed in Huonville into a winery. Today they are fully independent winemakers with their own bottling line.
The cutest coffee van around will be selling delicious coffee, iced frappes, gourmet hot chocolates, milkshakes and other goodies.
Home-made vegetarian fare including Belgian fries and a large selection of accompanying sauces and veggie/vegan burgers.
Nandroya is indigenous for ‘family living in harmony’ and this principle underlies the organic approach used to manage the winery. The small boutique vineyard is located in Margate and produces Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
